Trash Removal
The same street before and currently with our trash valet service. On the left the, county waste collection service would leave trash cans and litter strewn all over the street. Owners or guests were responsible for taking out the trash cans, which they often failed to do. This resulted in overflowing garbage and required numerous trash cans at many homes. When guests departed, which could be on any day of the week, the housekeepers were forced to leave mountains of trash, often for days on end. Our daily valet service eliminated this issue.

Trash receptacle project
Working with the board of directors we developed a project to drastically improve the appearance of the community and further improve the efficiency of our service. The community replaced the multiple and many varied trash cans at each home with one large trash can, logo’d with the community crest. Custom concrete pads were placed at the edge of the driveway, that were then screened in with landscape hedge.
This design gave a consistency to the location of each can, freed the owners and guests of any responsibility for “putting the trash can out”, and the biggest benefit was the can is now hidden from view.
